DAY 01: MEDAN BAHOROK TOUR (D)

Arrive at Kuala Namu International Airport, Medan, met and welcomed by our representative. You will depart for Bukit Lawang in Bahorok, Langkat District via Binjai City. Check in hotel upon arrival. Dinner will be served within the hotel restaurant. Free program.

DAY 02: BAHOROK – TREKKING (OPTIONAL) – MEDAN – BERASTAGI (BLD)

Breakfast at hotel restaurant and check out. We offer an optional trekking program to you. You will go trekking at Bahorok forest for 2 hours accompanied by local guide. You may see the orang utans during the trekking but there is no guarantee for that. After trekking, you will return to hotel for check out. Leave Bahorok for Berastagi via Medan. Lunch will be served at local restaurant on the way to Berastagi. Check in hotel upon your arrival. If time and weather permit, you may ask your tour guide to arrange schedule for hotsprings at Lau Sidebuk-Debuk in Doulu right on the foot of Mount Sibayak at your own costs. Dinner will be served at hotel restaurant.

DAY 03: BERASTAGI – PARAPAT – SAMOSIR TOUR (BLD)

Breakfast at hotel restaurant and check out. This morning, you will visit Fruit Market in the downtown of Berastagi. A Place where you can purchase many kind of local fresh fruits produced by local farmers of Tanah Karo. You also can buy lot of souvenirs or riding a horse or pony-cart surrounding the fruit Market at your leisure. The journey to Lake Toba begins. Stop at Sipisopiso waterfall to enjoy the scenic panorama of lake Toba from the northeast side of  the lake with a high waterfall flows to the lake. You will also visit Rumah Bolon (Batak Long House) in Pematang Purba, a big and long house which used by the King of Purba at the ancient time with its historic legend. Next stop will be at Simarjarunjung, a stop point for toilet and enjoy the beautiful view of lake toba from east part of the lake. You can also try Simarjarunjung special fried bananas and ginger tea at your cost. Arrive in Parapat, lunch will be served at local restaurant in Parapat. After lunch, you will visit Tomok and Ambarita in Samosir Island by motor boat for Group (FIT will visit Tomok only by public motor boat accompanied by tour guide). Tomok and Ambarita are the history tourism destinations in Samosir Island right beside the lake. In Ambarita there is a place namely Huta Siallagan, in the place you can find some Batak traditional houses built without nails, the old trees known as hariara, court stone table and the place of death sentence execution. In Ambarita you can also purchase many kinds of souvenirs. Tomok is a village where you can see the traditional market, the old tomb of King Sidabutar with its special legend and Sigale-gale wooden man puppet which can dance tortor (tortor is the traditional dance belongs to Batak Toba tribe) with audio music. In Tomok, there are also souvenir shops more than in Ambarita. Then you will be transferred to Parapat and check in hotel. Dinner will be served at hotel restaurant.

DAY 04: PARAPAT – MEDAN (BLD)

Breakfast at hotel and check out. You will leave lake toba for Medan via Pematang Siantar. A brief stop will be made at Toko Paten in Pematang Siantar for toilet and you can purchase local snacks namely tangtang, tingting, tengteng, etc made of peanuts. Lunch will be served at local restaurant on the way to Medan. Arrive in Medan, check in hotel and free program. Dinner will be served at local restaurant.

DAY 05 : MEDAN CITY TOUR – AIRPORT (BL)

Breakfast at hotel restaurant and check out. You will go on city tour to visit Maimun Palace and Grand Mosque. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. After lunch, go shopping to purchase local gifts include special snacks such as Bika Ambon, Durian Pancake, Bolu Gulung, etc until the time for transfer to the airport for your next destination.
